My experience with this hotel was disappointing. I had booked my stay online, but due to the red wind alert on January 24, 2025, my flight from Ireland to London was canceled. Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel my booking because the severe weather had caused power outages where I live.
Despite the circumstances, the hotel still charged me €200. When I called to inquire about the charge, they simply stated it was their company policy. I was extremely upset and frustrated, but there was nothing I could do, so I had no choice but to accept it and move on. I just wanted to share my experience.

Budget hotel, so reasonably priced. Bf not included. Clean and functioning room. Good shower, comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. TV in room. We had an issue with our TV so reception moved us to another room. They were very helpful. Would return and recommend.

Friendly reception staff but not professional. Room comfortable, clean but bathroom not so clean, only had small towels no bath towels for shower. Very noisy from road traffic, thought we had a window open. Restaurant service staff was friendly but not professional. Breakfast was plentiful but basic.

called to speak to a manager many times to be told no one is working. Called again same response, when asked for a senior we got laughed at. Horrible rude person ( female) I’m glad we didn’t get to stay and I certainly won’t be booking to stay there again.
Shame as was hoping to book a week in February 2025. Was meant of stayed over Xmas unfortunately a family member had a heart attack which is why been trying to speak with mangers. Only to be spoken to in a rude manner and told I would t get a refund in any way.
Seems staff are un thoughtful and rude
And to that member of rude staff I suggest you work on your customer service skills !!!

Bed was horrible, had springs coming through it an other ridges all over hardly slept at all. Staff were good and so was the food, but could turn the heating on hotel was freezing.

Truly GRIM. Cold room with a ridiculous heater. Rooms are bland and featureless. Cracked sink, thin and uncomfortable bed and pillows. The room felt grubby and shabby. You are better to spend a bit more and find a better hotel. Awful.

I would give the girl on the reception 5 star she was very professional and nice, smiley but I don't agree with the company policies that I got charged £5.20 for parking my car for the night, I have been in so many hotel and this is the only hotel I got charged for parking, I stayed here last year but I didn't got charged for the parking.

Update: We are used to to book in this hotel since 20 years. Last month we came over again for shopping, but we were disappointed again in the room: NO hair dryer present, the 2 glasses in the bathroom removed (why?), it was not cleaned everywhere (carpet), and the worst was the bed ! How can a hotel manager leave a completely collapsed mattress in a room, to the point that the springs were digging into our bodies?
Why must the customer now pay 5£ to put his car on the carpark of this hotel where it was always for free before?
Sorry, This is not acceptable anymore.

Located in a quiet industrial estate. Also, it just overlooks a small lake, so it is well situated for relaxation. Being a budget hotel, its basic services could be all that some require. I think they could do with improving the room facilities though.

Dirty underwear found in our clean room, not great when travelling with children, quite out dated and shabby, good customer service in restaurant at breakfast and reception

Found the hotel easily from bus and managed but walked the wrong way back to stop. It's very handy for X 80 and A bus. Bus to Dartford, Bluewater and Lakeside.

OMG! Absolutely amazing nothing to complain about. The room was very clean and had an amazing fresh smell!! The food was brilliant we had a mixed grill and the chef chilli beef special on the board and excellent value for money and the breakfast was delicious and plentyful. All staff were friendly and helpful and made it a very relaxed stay. We were only there for a night but went back home feeling like we'd been away for a week!!.. 100 out of 10 for the CAMPANILE DARTFORD 😁😁😁😁😁

Have been staying at this hotel for a few years now while visiting Brands hatch. We were so disappointed this time, the rooms are in need of an upgrade. There were holes in the bathroom wall, cracks in the sink. Very short on plug sockets. We had to call reception at 11pm as there was a rave going on ( That’s the only way I can explain it ) the music & shouting was horrendous. Apparently it was a mini bus load of people that were going in and out of their rooms and slamming doors. If they stayed another night we would of booked out 🙁 The breakfast was good
